The Gastronomic Experience in San Blas Panama
From dawn to dusk, the chef aboard is dedicated to transforming fresh local ingredients into edible works of art. Each dish is a celebration of native flavors, presented with elegance and creativity as in the best restaurants.
Guests can expect to wake up and find an energizing breakfasts, composed of juicy tropical fruits salads (Pineapple, Papaya, Mango etc), freshly baked bread, Cornflakes, Pankakes, Crepes, eggs, smoked bacon, yogurt, honey, marmelades, etc.
Our Lunch is usually lighter, as mixed salads, fresh fish, cheese, fruits, etc.
Around 6 pm we offer the “Aperitivo” as Aperol Spritz or another cocktails of preference, served with onboard baked Pizza or Focaccia, chips, etc.
Dinner is a real treat for the senses, carpaccio or tartare of fish, shrimp, lobster, fresh fish fillets, cooked impeccably, create a different menu every day during an entire week-long stay.
Fresh desserts made on board, as Ice Cream, Panna Cotta, Tiramisu, etc will definetely make the difference!
