From dawn to dusk, the chef aboard is dedicated to transforming fresh local ingredients into edible works of art. Each dish is a celebration of native flavors, presented with elegance and creativity as in the best restaurants.

Guests can expect to wake up and find an energizing breakfasts, composed of juicy tropical fruits salads (Pineapple, Papaya, Mango etc), freshly baked bread, Cornflakes, Pankakes, Crepes, eggs, smoked bacon, yogurt, honey, marmelades, etc.

Our Lunch is usually lighter, as mixed salads, fresh fish, cheese, fruits, etc.

Around 6 pm we offer the “Aperitivo” as Aperol Spritz or another cocktails of preference, served with onboard baked Pizza or Focaccia, chips, etc.

OUR BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY CHARTER IN SAN BLAS

1.At the time of booking a 50% deposit is needed in order to confirm the booking

 2.The other 50% must be paid no later than 30 days before boarding date.

*After receiving the 50% deposit we’ll send you a receipt and a confirmation voucher.
We accept Bank Wire Transfer, Crypto, Credit Card or Cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY CHARTER IN SAN BLAS

If the CHARTERER cancel the trip 30 days before charter boarding date, the CHARTERER will have the right to rischedule the charter during the following 12 months.

If the CHARTERER cancel the trip less than 30 days before boarding date, the CHARTERER will have the right to rischedule the charter during the following 6 months.

In case the rebooking will not be possible, no refund will be made.

If the AGENCY cancels, the AGENCY shall reimburse the CHARTERER for the total amount paid up to date, including Brokers Commissions.

Cancellations by AGENCY or CHARTERER must be made in writing for acknowledged of both parties.

In case the reservation has been made through a Broker all parties CHARTERER/AGENCY/BROKER must be notified in writing.
