The weekly menu is carefully designed to ensure variety and balance, without repeating any dish.
Freshly baked bread, pizza, and focaccia are prepared onboard, as well as our BOAT-MADE DESSERTS INCLUDING OUR SPECIAL GELATOS.
A Taste of a Day On Board
BREAKFAST
INTERNATIONAL BREAKFAST:
Fried or scrambled eggs, pancakes, toasted bread, butter, marmalade, sweet or savory crêpes, fresh cut fruit, tea, coffee, fruit juices.
LUNCH
Tagliolini tossed with juicy vongole veraci, gently sautéed in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and a splash of dry white wine. Finished with fresh parsley, a hint of chili, and a dusting of lemon zest to enhance the sea’s natural brininess. A touch of bottarga or colatura di alici can be added for an extra umami twist.
Panama Coffee Selection, Nespresso and Liqueurs
APERITIF 5:30 P.M
A refined selection of Spanish and Italian delicacies: Jamón Serrano, artisanal salami, aged Manchego and Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses, accompanied by crispy breadsticks and other gourmet bites.
DINNER
Succulent freshly caught lobster, marinated with our house-made Mediterranean herb sauce and flame-grilled with Cognac, for a rich, smoky flavor. Accompanied by golden roasted potatoes seasoned with aromatic fine herbs.
DINNER DESSERT
Our Signature Tiramisu: Freshly prepared with authentic mascarpone, espresso-soaked Savoiardi, dark chocolate, and a delicate hint of Caribbean rum. Finished with a dusting of fine cocoa powder — optionally paired with a cup of Italian espresso for an elevated twist on this timeless classic.
Our menu has been carefully designed to offer a diverse selection of main courses and aperitifs, with no repetitions for a minimum of 10 days.
Kindly note that some ingredients may be unavailable at times due to seasonal fishing restrictions established by local authorities.
Given the challenges in sourcing certain fresh products and the limited storage space on board, this menu is subject to small changes.
