Charter in San Blas

1. Booking & Confirmation

A reservation is officially confirmed only upon receipt of the full deposit or payment as specified in your charter quote. To secure your preferred dates and vessel, payments must be completed within the timeframe indicated in your booking instructions.

2. Payment Methods

To provide maximum flexibility, we accept the following payment methods:

* Wire Transfers: Standard bank transfer details will be provided upon booking.

*  Credit Cards: Available for your convenience, subject to a 5% processing and administrative fee.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of private yacht charters in San Blas and the limited availability of our fleet, all client-initiated cancellations or no-shows are strictly non-refundable.

⚠️ Important Recommendation: We strongly advise all guests to purchase a comprehensive premium travel insurance policy that covers trip cancellations, delays, and unforeseen personal or medical circumstances.

4. Itinerary Modifications & Force Majeure

Your safety is our absolute priority. In the event of extreme weather conditions, unexpected mechanical maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), we reserve the right to modify itineraries, adjust schedules, or provide a comparable alternative vessel. These adjustments are made solely to guarantee the safety and well-being of all passengers and crew.

5. Guest Responsibility & Safety

Guests are required to adhere to the captain and crew’s safety briefings and instructions at all times. The remote and pristine environment of San Blas requires conscious navigation; any material damage to the vessel or its equipment caused by guest negligence, willful misconduct, or failure to follow rules will result in additional repair or replacement charges.

6. Liability Limitation

While we enforce the highest standards of safety, maintenance, and hospitality, the company shall not be held liable for personal accidents, itinerary delays, loss or damage of personal belongings, or any disruptive events arising from third-party services or natural elements outside our direct control.

7. Media & Image Release

We love capturing the magic of the San Blas islands. By joining our sailing experience, you grant permission for photos or video footage taken during the charter to be used exclusively for our brand’s promotional and marketing purposes. If you prefer to maintain absolute privacy, please notify us in writing prior to your departure date.
